Client Testimonials

I was lost, frustrated, worried and exhausted when a very good friend put me in touch with Orlaith. I had spent nine months going through medical tests, various medications and procedures and while thankfully all possible diseases were ruled out I still had full blown symptoms of an irritable / badly inflamed bladder.  The first significant thing Orlaith did was she listened to me and gave me an hour to tell my story/ journey. She was so empathetic and also very practical and educated me re what was going on with my bladder. In that first contact with her I felt immediate relief as she offered a range of options , things I could do myself like exercises, and also other alternative interventions like acupuncture and yoga. I felt more in control of my condition and had a sense of hope after talking to her. She gave me the gift of being able to contact her re my progress and I found this so helpful and reassuring She clarified so many things for me, explaining medical procedures and discussing different medications and their side effects. She gave me numerous practical solutions re how to monitor my fluid intake, how to manage constipation, how to identify foods that may trigger a flair up. My initial contact with Orlaith was the beginning of my journey to recovery. Her kindness, her empathy, her solid confidence and expertise helped me to have hope and see my way out of the experience I was going through. Her approach was truly holistic and I will always be grateful to her for the care she gave to me.
